St Marks Cottage is a new build house with all mod cons in a quiet residential road with its own parking. Great location within 1 minute of an award winning fish and chips restaurant, supermarket, Indian restaurant and pub. Swanage town centre and the sea front are less than 1 mile away.
We have decorated and furnished St Marks as if it were our home - all new quality furnishings, comfy beds with luxury mattresses, linen and towels provided.
2 bedrooms, both ensuite, the master has a kingsize bed and the 2nd bedroom two twin beds + cot (bedding not provided).
The kitchen is fully equipped with convection hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher with, of course, plentiful crockery and cutlery. There is also a washing machine.
The wood-floored lounge has a G-plan sofa - nice and comfy - a bureau for writing those holiday cards and of course a SMART TV - Netflix included.
WiFi throughout and Hive-controlled central heating - no fiddling with complicated schedules for visitors!
Outside, there is a sun-trap decking area for alfresco dining and chilling and a dedicated parking space.
There is so much to do in the area, it s hard to know where to start. We love the countryside, whether the cliff walks to the south, the beaches to the east, the downs and bird sanctuaries to the north or the famous honey pot sites of Lulworth and Durdledoor to the west. Swanage itself is a real town with many individual shops and a weekly market. It has simply loads of entertainment for children and eateries for all generations.
